How do you define success?:
By the number of successful placements and satisfied clients.
How did you get started in your field or work?:
When I retired from the media world I joined a search firm in Houston, Allen Austin, as a junior partner.
What’s one thing we should know that makes your company unique?:
30+ years in the media business and 15+ years in executive search. no other recruiter has that kind of background.
What was the biggest obstacle you had to overcome in your business?:
Getting the credibility for that initial assignment.
